When you use our mobile application (the "App"), we appreciate that you are trusting us with your personal information. We take your privacy very seriously. In this privacy notice, we seek to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it.
OnceGovt MP3 is designed as a standalone, offline application.
- We do NOT collect, store, or share any personal data.
- We do NOT track your usage or collect analytics.
- The App does not connect to the internet to upload your files, videos, or audio.
To function properly, the App requires certain permissions on your device:
- Storage Access (Files and Media): We require access to your device's local storage (files and gallery) solely to allow you to select video files for conversion and to save the resulting audio files (MP3/AAC/WAV) back to your device. We do not access any files other than those you explicitly select, and we do not transmit them off your device.
- Background Processing (Battery Optimization): We may request permission to run in the background (ignoring battery optimizations) to ensure that large batch conversions do not fail or get interrupted if you close the App or turn off your screen.
All video-to-audio conversion processes happen 100% locally on your device hardware. Your files are never uploaded to any external servers, cloud storage, or third-party services.
Because the App operates offline and does not collect data, we do not share your information with any third-party services, advertisers, or analytics providers.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

We believe in absolute privacy and data minimization.
No Personal Data Collection: The App does not collect, capture, transmit, upload, or store any personally identifiable information (PII) or sensitive device data.
No Account Registration: You do not need to register an account, sign in, or provide an email address, phone number, or name to use the App.
No Device Permissions: The App does not request access to sensitive device permissions, such as your location, contacts, camera, storage, microphone, or device ID.
Offline & Local Processing: All features within the App operate entirely locally on your device. Any input (such as entering a password to view a milestone) is processed locally on the device and is never sent to any external server.
Because our target audience includes children under the age of 13, we take special precautions to protect their safety and privacy in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play Developer Policies:
No Children's Data Harvested: We do not harvest, track, or share any personal information from children under 13.
Consent for Achievements Displayed: The names, completion dates, and memorization timelines displayed in the milestone charts are simulated or pre-configured milestones included solely with the explicit consent of the respective children's parents or legal guardians.
No Communication Features: The App does not contain chat rooms, forums, message boards, or any features that allow children to communicate with others or make their personal information publicly visible.
No Behavioral Tracking: The App does not use any tracking cookies, software development kits (SDKs), or ad networks that monitor children's behavior.
We do not host or store any user data on external servers. Because your interactions with the App stay entirely local to your device, there is no risk of your personal data being exposed in an online database breach. We use a local password verification system to gate access to student profiles inside the App interface for basic privacy protection.
Our App is a standalone offline web-wrapper. It loads static font and icon elements from reputable public Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) like FontAwesome (cdnjs.cloudflare.com). These networks may automatically log standard connection data (like your IP address) to serve the stylesheet files, but they do not collect, track, or share any personal information through our App.
